How it works
FAQ
“Residential vs commercial: do you shoot them differently?”
Yes. Residential coverage emphasizes neighborhood context and curb appeal; commercial focuses on access, parking, signage visibility, ingress/egress, and nearby anchors.
“What deliverables do I receive?”
You’ll receive edited, listing-ready aerial photos and/or video clips delivered via a download link in an organized folder by address + date. A short highlight edit is available upon request.
“How many photos / how much video is included?”
Deliverables vary by property size and scope. We’ll confirm the recommended capture plan (photos, video, or both) when quoting.
“What do you need from me to quote?”
Property address (or map pin), listing type (residential/commercial), deliverables (photo/video/both), preferred date/time window, and any access notes (gates/HOA/tenant coordination).
“Are you FAA certified and insured?”
Yes — FAA Part 107 certified and insured. Proof available on request.
“Can you fly anywhere? (airspace restrictions)”
Flights are subject to FAA rules and airspace approvals. If the property is in controlled airspace or restricted zones, we’ll advise what’s possible and coordinate approvals when applicable.
“Do you need permission to fly over neighboring property?”
We capture from lawful vantage points and follow FAA guidelines. If you want coverage that may involve adjacent areas, we’ll discuss scope and constraints during planning.
“What about weather and rescheduling?”
For safety and quality, flights may be rescheduled due to wind, rain, or low visibility. We’ll coordinate the next best window.
“Can you do multiple properties in one day?”
Yes — multi-property routes are available. Share addresses and preferred timing and we’ll build an efficient schedule.
“Do you offer ground photos too?”
“Yes—ask about bundling aerial + ground coverage.”
